Partnering

Most pharmaceutical researchers have experienced the problem of compounds that perform differently in animal testing or clinical trials than had been expected. We apply our BioMAP® Systems to integrate predictive human biology throughout discovery and development, to fully characterize the performance of compounds in disease-relevant contexts. We work with drug development teams, including program leaders, medicinal chemists and pharmacologists, to identify compounds and compound features that are most relevant to specific clinical biology.

We are collaborating with pharmaceutical partners to improve the efficiency of their drug discovery programs at many stages, including:

  • Compound screening for lead discovery
  • Lead optimization and structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies
  • Characterization of secondary or off-target activities
  • Mechanism of action studies
  • Development of additional BioMAP® Systems for custom applications
  • Re-profiling of stalled clinical-stage compounds
  • Evaluation of in-licensing drug candidates

Current partners include:
